WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY IN THE COTSWOLDS

This week we were somewhere pretty special. Early on Wednesday morning we took a trip to photograph Tom & Bronach’s beautiful wedding in the Cotswolds, Burford. For anyone who hasn’t explored this area of the country, take some wellies and give it a go, its simply stunning. Unlike the stunning scenery the weather wasn’t on my side, this was the one wedding where I was convinced it was playing games with me, one minute it was blinding sun and the next the rain came out of nowhere.

So for every bride who asks ‘what do I do if it’s raining?’, my answer is ‘It rarely rains all day (touch wood)’ and in the gaps when it stops we’ll head outside, trust me you can barely tell. The photo below of Bronach’s beautiful shoes and flowers got me drenched. Me and my brolly (the brolly being over the flowers and not me) was getting pretty wet.

Bronach is one of my oldest fiends who I’ve known since school, so photographing her wedding and seeing her tie the knot was extra special to me.  Tom & Bronach are such warm and bubbly people their smiles are infectious. This was one of the happiest weddings Max and I have photographed and we loved it! Ignore the photographers, have an epic day and simply have fun and you’ll get the best photos 🙂 Enjoy!
