I agree and give full permission for New Pixels Photography to photograph at our wedding. 1) During this wedding, I have accepted that both the bride, groom and any guests present can be photographed without further permission. 2) This agreement constitutes an order for wedding portraiture services, including the taking of wedding pictures as agreed to by both parties: New Pixels and clients. It is understood that any and all rights to proofs, final or sample prints, thereof shall remain the property of ‘New Pixels’ and may be edited and or used for advertising, display and promoting his or her work without further contact. 3) Where a digital file has been provided to the bride and groom as part of their wedding collection, these photographs may be printed, and displayed online, for personal but not commercial use. 4) All images will be uploaded to the photographer’s / clients private wedding gallery for viewing by any third party interest who has the encrypted password. It is the clients responsibility to inform the photographer if he/she would like any images removing from the viewing gallery or the viewing gallery not to be published on-line. 5) A 30% deposit is due to secure the date of a UK Wedding and payable on execution of this agreement. A 30% deposit or the value of 2 nights accommodation & 2 return flights is due to secure the date of a Destination Wedding and payable on execution of this agreement. This deposit is non-refundable or transferable in the event of cancellation, it being the agreed loss suffered by the photographer due to cancellation, Payment of the balance is due no later than one month before the date of the wedding. In an exceptional case that the client wins 'New Pixels' coverage, a 30% refundable deposit is due or an alternative non-refundable deposit must be given in the form of flights or accommodation for coverage outside of the UK. 6) If the client’s wedding is not in the UK travel and accommodation expenses for will need to be provided. This includes two direct (if viable) return flights from the photographers nearest UK airport to the clients chosen destination, plus transfers to the venue itself. Two nights accommodation will need to be provided prior to the day of the wedding and the day of the wedding itself. This accommodation cannot exceed 10 miles of the stated wedding venue listed above and must meet the expectations of a minimum of a three star accommodation due to security of all photographic equipment. 7) In the unlikely event where the photographer is unable to complete the coverage due to unforeseen circumstances, the photographer reserves the right to appoint another photographer to attend on his/her behalf to undertake the photography. 8) In the unlikely event of a total photographic failure or cancellation of this contract by either party or in any other circumstances, the liability of one party to the other shall be limited to the total value of the contract. Neither party shall be liable for indirect or consequential loss. However, there is the unlikely possibility that images may be lost, stolen or destroyed for reasons in or beyond our control. In these circumstances liability is limited to the return of fees paid for the service or part thereof according to the percentage of images supplied. 9) It is understood and agreed that no other professional photographer will be allowed to photograph or take pictures at the wedding while the Photographer is working.
